SUNDAY AUGUST 4 2024

VOTER AWARENESS DAY with Michelle Nard

It’s that time!!!! Let’s VOTE! Join us as we celebrate “Voter Awareness Day!“ in Macomb County. In 2021 Commissioner Michelle Nard representing County Commissioner District 12 did a Proclamation with full Board approval, making August 4th Voter Awareness Day for Macomb County Residents.
This year it falls on a Sunday.
Sunday, August 4, 2024, Commissioner Michelle Nard will be hosting Voter Awareness Day at the Civic Center South Campus Near the Maybelle Burnette Branch Library located at 23345 Van Dyke Rd, Warren Michigan 48091, from 3pm-5pm.
Everyone is invited and we encourage you to bring your children and teenagers, especially those who are close to voting age. This year is very special because we have our 1st African American Female at the top of the Democratic Ticket.
Our Country has come a long way and we must savor this moment. I also encourage anyone who would like to share their unique voting stories and history to come out and share with us. Also, let’s talk about our unique opportunity for the November Election. I encourage all elected officials from top to bottom to find time to join us and speak to your constituents about your vision, and accomplishments.
So put it on your calendar 🗓️ Sunday, August 4th at 3pm-5pm, make your way to 23345 Vandyke Road and let’s talk about it! 👋 See you there!
